 At nattiot.in, your satisfaction matters to us. If you are not fully happy with your purchase, please review our policy below.

 1. Return window and eligibility

 You can request a return within 14 days from the date of delivery, as shown by the courier tracking.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

·      Be unused, unwashed and undamaged.

·      Have all original tags, labels and packaging intact.

·      Include the invoice or order confirmation as proof of purchase.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

 2. Nonreturnable items

 Unless they arrive damaged or defective, the following items are generally not eligible for return:

Customized or personalized products (special sizes, custom designs, etc.).

Items returned in used, washed, stained or damaged condition.

 If you have a question about a specific item, please contact us before placing your order.

 3. Damaged, defective or wrong item received

 If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery:

Email: support@nattiot.in with your order number, a description of the issue and clear photos of the product and packaging.

 After verification, we may offer one of the following, at our discretion:

·      Replacement of the item (subject to availability).

·      Full or partial refund.

 4. How to request a return

 To start a return:

Contact us at support@nattiot.in with:

 ·      Order number.

·      Item(s) you wish to return.

·      Reason for return, and photos if applicable.

 Our team will confirm if the return is approved and provide instructions (return address and, if applicable, pickup details or label).

 Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include the invoice.

 Please do not send any items back without first contacting our customer care team.

 5. Return shipping costs

 If the return is due to our error (wrong item, manufacturing defect, damage during transport), we will usually bear the return shipping costs or arrange a pickup where possible.

For all other returns (change of mind, incorrect size ordered, etc.), return shipping costs are your responsibility, and original shipping charges (if any) are generally nonrefundable.

Details of who bears the return cost will be clearly communicated when your return is approved.

 6. Refunds (mode and timelines)

 Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days from the date of inspection.

Refunds are usually made using the original method of payment (for example: card, UPI, net banking, wallet), subject to your payment provider’s timelines.

In some cases, we may offer replacement instead of a cash refund, in which case this will be clearly communicated and agreed with you.

 Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.

 7. Exchanges

 At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.

If you wish to change size or model, you may:

Return the original item (if eligible) for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

 8. Orders not delivered / refused deliveries

If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, repeated failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept the parcel, it may be returned to us by the courier.

In such cases, we may:

Refund the order minus the original shipping and return charges, or

Reship the parcel after receiving confirmation and any additional shipping fees.

 9. International orders

For orders shipped outside India, return and refund options may be limited due to customs and high shipping costs.

Customs duties and import taxes paid in the destination country are nonrefundable.
