1. Order processing times
Orders are processed on business days only Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Most orders are prepared and handed over to the courier within 2 business days after payment confirmation.
During peak periods (sales, festive seasons), processing times may be slightly longer; we will do our best to inform you of any significant delay.
2. Shipping areas and carriers

If your pincode is not serviceable by our usual partners, we will contact you to find an alternative solution or cancel and refund your order.
3. Shipping options, fees and delivery times
Shipping fees and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout and may vary depending on your location and order value.
Typical delivery estimates from the date of dispatch:
Standard shipping (India): 3–7 business days for most metro and major cities.
Non‑metro / remote areas: delivery may take 5–10 business days.
These time frames are estimates only; delays may occur due to courier operations, weather, strikes, peak season or other factors beyond our control.
Shipping fees:
Standard shipping fee: ₹690 per order, unless otherwise indicated.
Free shipping: we offer free standard shipping for orders above ₹5000 (after discounts, before tax/shipping), where applicable.
4. Cash on Delivery (COD)
We currently do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD). All orders must be prepaid via our secure online payment methods.
5. Order tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with the tracking number and the link to follow your parcel.
Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after dispatch.
6. Delivery attempts and undeliverable packages
Our courier partners usually make [1–3 delivery attempts]. If you are unavailable, they may contact you by phone or SMS.
If the parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, repeated failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept the parcel, we may:
· Refund the order minus shipping and return costs, or
· Reship the order after receiving confirmation and payment of additional shipping charges.
7. Damaged parcels and missing items
Please check your parcel upon delivery.
If the parcel appears damaged or tampered with, you are encouraged to refuse delivery and inform us immediately at support@nattiot.in with your order number.
If you notice any damage to the product or missing items after opening the parcel, please contact us within 48 hours with clear photos and a description of the issue.
We will review your case and, where applicable, offer a replacement, refund or other appropriate solution according to our Returns & Refunds Policy.
8. International shipping
We currently do not ship internationally.
